Exclusive to our members only. Forgotten your card on your visit to the clinic? You can now retrieve your eCard instantly. Access rights must be enabled by HR Manager first.

ECLAIMS/VISITS:
Exclusive to our members only. Member can now submit both inpatient and outpatient claims and view their visits via the App.

UI is garbage - app buggy 

Kindly get a proper app developer to fix this. It’s extremely frustrating having to deal with all this when I’m already sick. 
The helpline responded swiftly but no action is taken. 

The app is full of issues:
- Unable to hide the keyboard
- Page gets stuck on a white screen after clicking “Proceed”

Please look into this properly.

 2. **Queue System Reliability** - The queue counter occasionally doesn't update in real-time, and there are instances where calls disconnect unexpectedly shortly after connection. 
 3. **Audio Quality During Consultations** - Even when successfully connected, there are times when neither party can hear each other clearly, requiring reconnection attempts. 
 4. **Post-Consultation Process** - The system sometimes doesn't register completed consultations, which delays payment processing and access to important documents like medical certificates.

I’m unable to receive the email OTP. I’ve sent an email to the support team to rectify the issue, but then I suddenly start receiving multiple OTP emails. After a while, I need to enter the OTP again, but then I can’t receive the email OTP once more. This cycle continues indefinitely.
