I really have no reason to keep this app on my phone. I have updated it every chance and still not working.. a year later. Frustrating **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. I had to separately add the delegation document by taking a photo image then transferring it to my computer to create a pdf then transfer it back to my phone to upload to the app. It was complicated. I also had a pharmacy prescription that it did not want to take a photo of the full page…it kept narrowing down to just the text.
