I've deleted it. Re downloaded it. It is just frozen. Very frustrating especially for something I actually paid money for. If it was free I'd get it but I paid for this POS. Fix the darn thing. Oh and respond to emails because I've emailed about this problem too with no response. Weeks later and no improvement. I've had to redownload at least five more times. ### 1/5 — No log in option?? *2017-07-15* Uh, just started a position. Was told to download this. I don't see a log in box. No place to put my ID or password. When I look at the GEP website my schedule is there but not in the app. I can't trust the app to keep track of my schedule. Easier to bookmark the website in my phone internet browser. It would also be great if managers had access to some of the systems managerial functions. Seriously the scrolling area is 1/8 the size of your phone screen. Revert please! ### 1/5 — Needs update *2024-01-06* That it hasn’t been updated in 7 years tells you all you need to know. The app doesn’t sync with password logins so you need to manually enter email and PW each time—and it won’t automatically enter PW stored in your OS. I never use it anymore, as online web version is far easier to use—even on iPhone ### 1/5 — Fix your app *2023-10-24* Only way to report a problem is through your review process. I’ve tried your app support link and it takes you straight to the site and log you in. Please restore the old set up. ### 1/5 — Old, Broken, Abandoned *2021-11-01* This app has only a fraction of the functionality of the website and looks like it’s still formatted for the iPhone 3G. Don’t expect much and don’t count on it getting fixed anytime soon. ### 1/5 — Message feed cut off *2020-12-23* The messages in the feed get cut off so you can only read 2/3 of the way across on an iPhone. It would be helpful to have a horizontal orientation option and/or a pinch to zoom option. ### 1/5 — Works on occasion *2019-04-30* The app worked ok for me at first, aside from the fact that I found it annoying that your only option for a sub request is to offer to sub it or do nothing (you can’t comment.) However, it’s pretty much quit working for me. It does not keep me signed in anymore, which seemed like the main benefit of getting it, since it would let me avoid having to sign in online each time. It is also currently only allowing me to see the attendance entry page, and if I click on anything else — contact info for other instructors, notices, etc. — it takes me back to the sign in box. Tried contacting app support with no success. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Best ever for Group Exercise, directors and staff. *2023-07-08* So glad our club decided to use the GroupEx PRO, it is amazing, so easy to get subs and let everyone know, so easy to monitor when you’re teaching and what your schedule is. Having the schedule online has really helped the members at the club also. It helps keep all staff up to date, have sub board access and allows everyone to be able to go to one place for all the needs of a group fitness department! Thank you for making my life so much easier and allowing me to take more time for more my staff and important things other than chasing subs and sending tons of Emails. Best thing that happened to Group Fitness and the organization of our team! ### 4/5 — Wish there was calendar-sync option! *2019-04-19* Overall this app has worked pretty well for me (and my gym) I just wish there was a way to sync it with my calendar. I sub a lot so my schedule is really erratic. Just one more thing--notifications! In order to stay on top of what's going on with our program, notifications would be awesome! Thank you! ### 3/5 — No notifications *2022-08-07* My only issue is that I’m no longer getting push notifications so I don’t see when an instructor is requesting for a substitute, so I end up losing out on being able to teach that class. Please update!! ### 3/5 — Needs updating, especially to reflect features on website *2019-09-12* Basic functionalities seem to work however many features accessible through the website are not connected at all on the iOS version of this app. Instructors cannot see a weekly schedule, for example, only their own daily schedule. There are significant improvements like that the app could make that already exist on the website version. The last update was apparently in 2017. This app could do with some serious and simple updating and upgrading - as a prescription service that organizations pay for, I would think the developer could easily put some work into it to make it an excellent App deserving of five stars. ### 2/5 — Needs an Update *2021-09-03* It won’t let me login in on the app so I always have to use the website which is rather inconvenient. However, I’m frustrated that it’s become glitchy and GXP hasn’t put out an update to resolve the bugs. If this issue is not resolved I will look into a new app to manage my instructors with. ### 2/5 — Update requests *2016-10-12* Hi there this a great app for creating sub requests, I expected a bit more for $2.39. I'd like to see the whole studio schedule and definitely the class registration which I still have to get from the GroupExPro website. On the website there is no option to save your login info so each time you go in user name and password has to be entered in which is time consuming and annoying --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
