I literally just downloaded this app and the whole screen goes blank when i try making an account. I kept closing and opening the app, even restarted my phone and it still goes to a blank screen. SMH i just deleted it out of frustration . Fix this issue omg

Very disappointed with Groupon.
The fees Groupon takes from small businesses are extremely high, making it difficult to earn a reasonable profit. On top of that, I requested updates to my deal nearly a month ago and still have not received any action or meaningful response.
Customer service is frustratingly slow, and getting assistance feels nearly impossible. When business owners need support or changes made to their offers, waiting weeks without resolution is unacceptable.
Groupon may bring customers, but the lack of timely support and the significant percentage they take from each sale make it difficult to recommend their platform to other small business owners.

At first, I was very happy with Groupon because it helped bring in new clients when my business was just getting started. I began as a very small business, so my pricing structure was extremely low in order to attract customers and build demand.

Thankfully, my business grew. I moved into a much larger facility, significantly improved the quality of my services, and had to adjust my pricing structure accordingly. Over time, I have increased my prices to reflect the higher operating costs and the enhanced experience we now provide.

Unfortunately, my experience with Groupon Merchant support has become extremely frustrating. For approximately a month and a half, I have been trying to contact my assigned Merchant Account Manager regarding price updates, campaign modifications, and the removal of outdated promotions. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, I have received no response whatsoever. In fact, it feels as though my account manager has completely disappeared.

About ten days ago, I contacted Merchant Support directly and submitted the requested campaign changes myself through the Merchant portal. The system states that reviews and approvals typically take 48 to 72 hours. The changes I submitted were straightforward: updating prices to reflect my current pricing structure, removing certain campaigns, and adding new ones.

Since then, I have received no updates, no approval, no rejection, and no communication of any kind. To make matters worse, because the campaigns are marked as “under review,” I am unable to make any additional changes myself. I cannot pause campaigns, edit pricing, or modify offers. I am essentially locked out of managing my own promotions.

This lack of communication is directly harming my business. I am still receiving customers through campaigns that contain outdated pricing that is no longer financially sustainable. Every day that these changes remain unaddressed creates additional financial losses and prevents me from operating my business effectively.

I understand that support teams can be busy, but waiting weeks for a response—while receiving no communication at all—is unacceptable. Groupon has been a valuable platform for my business, but the current level of Merchant support has been deeply disappointing.

I hope Groupon improves its communication and provides merchants with the timely support needed to manage their businesses successfully.

It’s so awful, when you try to close down your campaign they will “review it” and leave it live!! So people are still buying my Groupons that I no longer want to have! It’s been days yall. And contacting them is impossible, please if you are a small business, make sure you set up your campaigns with an end date, I didn’t and it’s awful.

What they do with this app even I saved Face ID and password in keychain it’s keep logging out.. when I open to redeem vouchers it’s not open and the moment.. They make so hard to log in even with right password. So cunningly designed to stop small businesses to update their services.

I’ve been with Groupon for years and this is the first time having issues. The redeem feature doesn’t work for me anymore and as instructed I deleted the app and tried to download it again notice the word TRIED. Now I can’t download it because there’s a message of verification which takes me to billing information. Why am I providing credit card information to Groupon when I’ve never had to before ? Without giving card information I can’t download the app. I’m frustrated and unhappy with it now.

I tried this out to get more sales but Groupon gets 50% + of your sale! 
Example:
You're coupon of $100 is being offered to customers for 20% off. 
$100 - 20% = $80 (so you're losing $20).
Then Groupon takes 50% of that $80. 
You pocket $40 of that $80.
So in total, the $100 coupon you offered, you lost $20+$40 =$60.
Who wants to lose 60% of a sale?! 
AND you can't just delete your account, they have to review it before deleting it. 
AND you can't delete a coupon (campaign) when it's live.

Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht vom Kundenservice von Groupon. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche ist niemand erreichbar. E-Mails bleiben unbeantwortet, und sogar schriftliche Briefe kommen zurück.

Dieses Verhalten ist für mich nicht akzeptabel. Sollte ich weiterhin keine Rückmeldung erhalten, sehe ich mich gezwungen, rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten, um mein Anliegen zu klären.
