The name of the app says telegram group but keeps bringing channels

Nothing is loading and it finds no groups stickers or bots. Am I using it right? I choose not to upgrade/subscribe if it’s a sh*2 app. Any advice from other users or the dev team? Deleting soon otherwise. Thanks
