Difficult/not at all simple to use. Would like this to work for me but not helping. I am older and just want to tap something and it works. Very burdensome ### 2/5 — Constantly crashes *2026-07-10, version 10.9* Messages are frequently very slow to send, often displaying a message after each send that the message was not sent and then on my Messenger app it appears they actually sent. Frequently tells me that I have canceled a batch and would I like to cancel the rest. Sometimes it just shuts itself down in the middle of sending. Using an updated iPhone 15 Pro Plus. I’m using the latest versions of the app and I’m a paid subscriber. This happened on the free version as well. I have had some issues when they turned it into a subscription model after I had already paid for enhanced features. I end up losing my access to some of the features I had previously paid for and they also seemed to have some trouble keeping the app updated with the iOS updates. Much of those technical difficulties have been resolved now so my only remaining challenge would be the features that I lost when they changed their business model. This app is very user friendly for all ages. The tutorial is awesome. When this app wasn’t working properly I had to try to download other apps to try to notify my staff, church congregation, and friends. None were able to perform like GROUPS. Please continue to improve this app. I use to be able to create a text in my notes and send it through Groups that feature is not working anymore. Now I have to copy and paste it into Groups, but that’s ok the app is still AWESOME. Very disappointed ### 1/5 — Weird Numbers *2026-01-22, version 10.2* Does anyone else have an issue with it pulling the numbers in from your iPhone contacts weird? I used this app for years to contact several people at once and it was very convenient. Once iOS 18 came out I believe, anytime I’ve tried to send a message ever since then it pulls the phone numbers over in a weird format. I’ve still never found anything that worked as well as this did when it functioned correctly, so I still come back every now and then to see if there’s been an update that fixed it. ### 1/5 — No good anymore *2026-01-19, version 10.2* Ever since I retried this app it doesn’t work anymore. My groups and contacts are still there but the contacts have no numbers anymore. Even when I create it all over again it l ave’s the numbers out. Which defeats the purpose ### 1/5 — App Just Crashes *2026-01-06, version 9.5* The developers have not been responsive to issues with the latest revision. The app refuses to recognize when you give access to your contacts. I had used this app for years and did the update a couple of months ago and now the app just continually requests access to contacts. I wish i could go back and use the previous version and not update app because it was working before. Please fix this.
