Organize people into groups with clear roles, plan projects together, and track every task to done. Keep meeting notes, validations, and files where everyone can find them.

New app colours, a Home Screen widget, and fixes.

• App colours (Pro). Pick Rose, Forest, Crimson or Lagoon in Settings > App Color and the whole app follows — including a matching Home Screen icon. Midnight, the original, is always there to switch back to.
• "Up Next" widget. Add it to your Home Screen or Lock Screen to see your next due tasks and your next meeting at a glance, in six sizes.
• Clearer colours throughout. Buttons, badges and status pills were re-tuned so text on a coloured background is easier to read, in both light and dark mode.
• Better background syncing on iOS, and steadier handling of slow or dropped connections.
• Assorted layout, accessibility and stability fixes.

Fixes and improvements.

• Upload status is much clearer. You can now see how many photos are still uploading, what actually went wrong when one fails, and what to do next.
• Queued photos are safer. A temporary storage error can no longer discard work that hasn't finished uploading yet.
• Discarding a queued item no longer promises to send photos it won't send.
• Sharing a PDF no longer leaves the export stuck on a spinner.
• Assorted layout, accessibility and stability fixes.

• Recurring tasks and validations, duplicate projects and meetings, markup tools for photos, and custom PDF branding.

GroupWork stays free to use, with everything you need to run a team.

You'll be asked to sign in again after updating — a one-time change as GroupWork moves to its new company account.

• Up Next widget — add the GroupWork widget to see your next tasks and meetings without opening the app.
• Quick actions — press and hold the app icon to add a task, start a meeting, or scan a QR code.
• Dictate instead of typing — tap the mic on a task to speak the title or description.

Also fixed:
• A photo picked from your library could be replaced by a different one.
• Photos could stay stuck on "uploading" after posting.
• Buttons could stop responding after closing a form.
