I received text and email reminders about policy renewal, wanted to accept, docs nowhere to be found, contacted support online (the agent doesn’t even say his name when he takes over from bot), promised the documents would be uploaded. Still no sight of them. Neither in this app - it’s  basically just a wrapper of the website. Policy has now ended, business lost. 1 star.

Rubbish! App and online access does not work. Not impressed and worried about what happens if I have to make a claim. Will not renew next year

Grove and dean seem very good on phone, but app & online service is rubbish. Documents not showing until I phoned up. Now being asked to finish set up, but not able to…

First class service no problem with my documents available online have a very handy APP also so able to check anytime and very competitive prices first year with them second year coming up. Thank you
