Customer service has been overwhelmed with calls for months so it takes half and hour just to get to speak with someone. If I’m able to link my entire checking account to the app, why can I not link the card associated with it? Extremely inconvenient, Grow needs to look into this flaw on this app because I shouldn’t have to spend so much of my time having to call to link the debit card associated with my checking account. It does not tell you that your payment is due. It only shows transactions. Very limited. I feel like we are stuck in the 90s you guys can do better than this. You are a great bank. I have thoroughly enjoyed your services. You can compete with the best of them. Your branches and customer care services are spot on. I have never had a bad dealing with anyone. Everyone is courteous. Your app lacks a lot. I have to log in on my computer to pay my bill. Every other bank has it all on the app. I can even talk to Erica ( Bank of America) to get simple items. Capital One has a great one as well. Just make it easier for the client. These are tough times and making it easier and less frustrating for the client would be great.
