If anyone is looking to create a new routine, and have assistance along the way, “Grow” is a great app to use! It very neatly guides you in setting reminders for your daily, weekly, etc. goals, and supports you forming habits. Highly recommend!

After downloading it was so simple and easy to set up my habits :) a very useful app! Now I’m doing a morning walk every day and can keep myself accountable 💪
