I’ve tried a lot of habit breaking apps, but Grow is easily the most motivating one I’ve used. The visual tree system makes progress feel real, and it actually pushes me to stay consistent every day. I love how simple and clean the interface is; it never feels overwhelming or cluttered. The streak feature keeps me accountable, and I’ve already noticed real improvements in my habits.
