The only thing I wish I had a journal for notes and not have to open a action or do a tree log every single time. ### 4/5 — Hilfreich und Interessant *2025-08-12* Gut gelungene, wirklich übersichtliche App. Man kann alles genau dokumentieren, besonders die Growlogs der anderen sind interessant zu sehen. Ein Stern Abzug, da ich oft Probleme habe verschiedene Funktionen zu laden, wie Beispielsweise Bilder abzurufen, eigene Bilder hinzuzufügen oder Growlogs zu öffnen. ### 4/5 — Hard to locate published grow *2025-04-30, version 2.6.0* I’ve been updating my grow and hard to locate my published content. Would like to have the ability to follow other growers instead of favoriting them. I only ever use the mobile app. So it could be something available in the web app. ### 2/5 — Days from seed count not accurate *2025-03-22, version 2.6.0* The days from seed days count is off. 3 weeks is 21 days but 6 weeks adds to 38 days according to the app. ### 4/5 — Insgesamt gute App - bei Nährstoffen noch Optimierungspotential *2025-02-27* Man hat viele Möglichkeiten und Optionen, seinen Grow zu dokumentieren, insgesamt auch eine gelungene App die sich auch intuitiv bedienen lässt und vom UI überzeugend auftritt. Mein Manko ist die Angabe der hinzugefügten Nährstoffe. Wenn man diese etwas genauer beschreiben möchte, also noch die Information pflegen möchte, welchen Nährstoff man in welcher Dosierung verwendet hat, ist das viel manueller Aufwand und die Liste der eigenen Nährstoffe tendiert schnell unübersichtlich zu werden. Ich würde mir eine Möglichkeit wünschen, wie man sich sein eigenes Düngeschema zusammenstellen kann. Also z.B. eins für Wachstum und dann für die verschiedenen Wochen der Blüte. Das passende Schema könnte dann ja theoretisch sogar automatisch von der App vorgeschlagen werden, da die Phase, in der sich die Pflanze aktuell befindet, ja getracked wird, ansonsten ginge das natürlich auch manuell. In dem jeweiligen Schema gibt man dann auch nur die Dosierung der einzelnen Nährstoffe ein also z.B. Stickstoff 2ml/Liter, Phosphor 1ml/Liter, etc. und am Ende noch die Menge, wie viel Nährlösung man anmischt, z.B. 3 Liter. ### 2/5 — Some parts don’t work *2025-02-01, version 2.6.0* Some parts of the app when sharing grow logs are viewing at other peoples does not work. I’ve contacted Support several times. They have done nothing and have not reached back to me. I’ve paid for premium and they don’t care about their customers apparently so two stars and I will be finding a different app to use ### 4/5 — GrowLog *2025-01-30* Ich bin bisher ein etwas längerer Nutzer dieser App & würde sie als gut & hilfreich einschätzen. Nur leider muss ich einen Stern abziehen wegen des Growlogs, dieser wird einfach nicht regelmäßig aktualisiert. Bitte ändern sie das dann gibt es auch von mir 5 Sterne. If the few bugs that I’ve run into can be fixed this app would be a time and lifesaver. Unfortunately, the support team has not gotten back to me on the Customer Support messaging, so I’m not sure if I will upgrade from the monthly to the annual. I hope they do though, because I spent several hours putting in all my plants info and lineage. Update: I am not able to log into the community support area because I sign in with My Apple ID instead of a password. When I go to set my password, it says that I’ve been sent an email, but I have not received any emails for the reset or any of the Customer Support issues that I have sent via the app. I have tried to change my email address from the privet relay to my person one but am unable to do so. Hoped there was an update but found none. Will update the review once its back to working as it should. Do not judge the app by this review, its great, I’m just trying to get some attention to the matter, will also hit support. Why can't I just save everything locally to my phone? Why would the app need internet access? Is it collecting data and selling it? I turned off internet access and now my plants do not load up. The app just asks me to create an account. Lol I probably should have looked deeper into this before I purchased it. I recently got a new iPhone and the app wont let me login with apple id and hide my email option my other phone will. I’m using the app Bud now and it works perfectly. When you first open app it asks if you are a beginner , novice or an expert. There are different options in each one. I first picked novice but changed my mind and want the expert so I can add more info and get more details as it said. You would have to create another account to do this so haven’t even started using this app and already giving up on it. ### 1/5 — Was Perfect. Now Everything is Behind a Paywall *2024-03-18, version 2.2.2* I loved this app when I found it and have been using it for multiple grows since downloading. I just opened it up after a couple months (where I sadly couldn’t grow) and went to add all the seeds and the app now restricts how many you can have and archive as a free user. Previously the only thing behind the paywall was the Grower Support page where you could get help and ask the community type deal. I never used it as I found Reddit extremely helpful…. So needless to say I’m disappointed and don’t think I can use this app anymore unfortunately. Which sucks cause it has everything you need in a grow tracking app, but for ~$36 a year (every year) is too much and it’s even more if you buy monthly by the end of the year. Gonna switch back to my old school notebooks and keeping photos in separate albums on my phone.. If the app cost $3-$5 as a permanent one (1) time fee then I would actually consider that but since everything has become subscription based I’ve found myself using less and less services I find useful because of the continued cost. ### 1/5 — Adding plant name *2024-01-04, version 2.2.2* Would be nice to be able to type in a plant name. The level of detail you can log is amazing, right down to soil composition and nutrient mix. Excellent knowledge base, love the gallery - not only is it a great community, but it’s an amazing opportunity to learn from other growers. Support is quick, kind, and genuinely interested in hearing about your questions or concerns with the app to improve it for the best possible user experience.
