I paid for the premium
But I got super sketched out for the fact that there’s only one main page and then everything else you click just once she just scan and there’s no account information or anything that you can see on the app to cancel your subscription
Really doesn’t work as well as I thought it would

I used the free version of this app to try it out. Then I needed to use the gender identity so I had to buy a subscription. Every plant I scanned it said was male. I scanned ones that are definitely female and they came up male. Then today I went to diagnose a problem bud and the app won’t even work. What a waste of money. I do not recommend this app.

I was high skeptical of this app. The idea is great. I wish there was an app that could be accurate in identifying issues. I know the issue of the plant that I have but I wanted to see what the app would say. So basically a slight yellowing of my leaf tips had gotten 5 results. NONE were the issue. The app identifies the problem as thrips, spider mites, white powdery mildew, aphids, or agetation mutation…. I was really pulling for this app. I wanted it to be a good source to identify your issues. For your gardens sake, I would not use this app. Or if you do, be seriously careful and get second opinions. But at that point , why use the app? If the app thinks a slight yellow tip are thrips and need to be treated for bugs…..should say enough abt this app.

App doesn’t do anything without paying for monthly premium… it does not scan photos, nor is there a search option based on key words. 
Without premium payments, all u get is a free images to look at to do some guesswork…. Google at least gives u info with various images to pick from. This app does less than Google… smh

I dove in and bought the subscription right off the bat. Shame on me. What a waste. Zero help. Diagnosis was: ph fluctuating or cal mag or pm or mites or…. Pathetic. 
Add, the app is super clunky and hard to use.  The History section doesn’t work at all.
Maybe use as a reference for some photos, otherwise, ripoff 👎

Thank you for this App. I have been trying to grow at home just for me and I have failed so many times😟being able to have answers so quickly about what was wrong was a huge relief. The App is quite usefull and the diagnosis is in most of times correct. 
I really would have bought it and i am willing to pay for it. 
Unfortunately they offer just expensive abonnaments. 
I am willing to pay 50€ to get the app. But paying every year 50€ again, thats crazy. Just calculate if you plan to use the app for some years.

This app is never right on the diagnosis. It may get one occasionally, but it’s maybe 15 % of the time. It can’t even diagnose a beautiful bud fully healthy and glistening with trichromes. The app thinks it has powdery mildew or mealy bugs instead of crystals. Needs work, but is an excellent idea for a future app that actually works.
