Love the interface & the working of the app overall. Once I finally was able to sign up and sign in with the SMS code, the app kept hard closing. Unusable. ### 1/5 — Unprofessional and pathetic customer experience. *2025-04-03, version 3.16.3* I once placed an order which never got delivered to me. I made some follow ups but their team just tries to sabotage us to get rid of an issue. Finally, I gave up and they never delivered it to me. I thought that might be one odd case and something went wrong. But, on one of my recent order, the delivery was empty. I again followed up with their team and the same thing happened and after multiple follow ups, they just disregarded and ignored my concern. This is only good until u have no issue. In terms of an issue, they will do their best to just get rid of it without customer satisfaction. Wish there was an option for 0 star. ### 1/5 — Not recording activity and terrible system *2024-05-24, version 3.15.8* I tried it for cycling, they have a timer for activities. The app was not recording the time I was cycling. Utter waste of money and time. Also you have to do at least 30 mins activity in a 40 min window which you might miss if you are stuck in traffic or stop for any reason. Walking has some issues but it’s a no go if you are cycling. Also I had tried this before for walking as well and the app just crashed for no reason and I wasn’t able to complete my streak. Not being able to resume activity to close the app is a big drawback . They just want your money and don’t care a dime about your health. Please don’t trust this scam. You will waste your time and money ### 1/5 — Broken *2023-12-05* Like mscasy and _varshal, I tried signing up for Growfitter, but to no avail. Yes, I gave them my cell phone number and email address, and I tried sending the OTP Verification Code three separate times. But nope, not a single time did a verification code actually arrive. I doubt it was actually "sent" to begin with, so they're likely tricking you into giving them data, that they then profit from buying sell to fraudulent advertisers. **Developer response:** Hello Avery, We are sad to hear this. We request you to please write to us at support@growfitter.com with relevant screenshots so we can check and help you as we are unable to fetch your account details. ### 1/5 — FALSE PROMOTION *2023-05-12, version 3.15.6* I installed this application when i saw it on shark tank , it was good but I uninstalled it as i did not find it worthy . Then i got a call from the grow fitter team regarding the app and i told them everything. I thought they would tell me things about the app which would help me ,if i use it or any other app stuff but i was asked to write a postive review reagrding the app against which they offered my brand coupons if i send them screenshot of the review ! This is false promotion as i believe people should be using the app for its own value not some bubble which is falsely build . Not commendable ... ### 1/5 — Poor Interface, amateur features *2022-10-10, version 3.15.3* Such a lousy app I have not seen. These people are cheating in the name of rewards against the activities. First of all the rewards are useless, on top of that we have to pay the shipping & convenience charges which become double the moment you enter the gift voucher. Then the activities are so immaturely designed that it is very irritating to use. It doesn’t pick up my walk on treadmill. Most of the times cycling go in vain as after first few minutes it doesn’t recognise that I am cycling. Same with the running also. Don’t even talk about the other activity which is called nearby activity, it’s a waste. Why not to install this application and never ever buy their premium membership. Hones review after using Growfitter for 1 year. 1. No customer care support contact number to reach out in case of any problem. 2. Fake promise of free rewards actually they charge the product price in the name of ‘ gst + shipping + convenience charges’ E.g. I walked everyday for 30 mins for a complete one year for long term reward and they charged almost 80% of the product price in the name of convenience charges. 3. Extremely very very very poor and slowest service you will ever experience E.g. for a medium term reward after completing 8 months activities I applied for reward via google form and they mailed the promocode 1 month after can after that it took 10 days for the product to deliver this is how slow they are. 4. Never ever buy their premium membership its a fraud they hardly pays attention to their premium members , i faced all these problems even after purchasing premium membership. 5. More better service providing apps are available go for that. It is a great way to know if you've had sufficient amount of everything like fiber and fat and carbs and proteins. I also love how Indian food is available in the database, which is often updated. But I'm not sure how much to rely upon the value parameters of those food items. A simple example which leads me to judging the correctness of the values is the difference between the nutrition values for 'Subway Salad' and the nutrition values if I enter individual elements of that salad separately. I would have loved it more if there was a separate section to just find out the details about a particular food item instead of having to check it by inserting it in one of my meals.
