Seperti penebusan saham right issue dan instruksi konversi OWK PACK. Ketika ditanya by email, lamban banget balasannya. Untungnya tahu dari sekuritas lain kalo gak, pasti udah ketinggalan dan berpotensi rugi besar. Karna telat infonya, kita jadi telat ngurus ini itu. Contoh lain: saya nanya tentang hasil tebus saham right issue INET yang gak muncul di porto sudah 2 hari. Dan sampai detik ini dan sampai review ini saya buat gak dibalas emailnya. Mungkin karna dikit lotnya. Udah jalan hampir 2 tahun di sekuritas ini, baru kali ini saya sekecewa ini. Semoga bisa diperbaiki. Karna telat mereka kasi, kita jadi buru-buru ngurus ini itu. Akibatnya, kita berpotensi rugi besar. Menurut pengalaman saya, Growin sudah baik dan sudah banyak peningkatn fitur dari MOST. Dual mode (Invest dan Pro) yang tersedia baik untuk platform mobile maupun web, bagi saya sebuah terobosan yang sangat baik dari Mandiri Sekuritas. User interface Growin baik Invest mode maupun Pro mode bagi saya sangat user friendly, easy to use, dan bisa dipahami alur proses masing-masing fiturnya. Fitur Stock, Fund, dan Bond yang tersedia sudah sangat mencukupi bagi saya sebagai investor ritel. Hanya saja, masih ada hal yang sangat mengganggu bagi saya dari aplikasi Growin. Hingga saat ini, pengguna Growin tidak bisa melakukan transaksi jual dan beli produk Bond di pasar sekunder. Pada saat saya mengikuti sesi training Growin yang diselenggarakan via Zoom, narasumber menyampaikan bahwa opsi jual bond di pasar sekunder bisa dilakukan di aplikasi Growin. Namun setelah saya coba, tidak menemukan cara menjual Bond di pasar sekunder. Sampai saya coba tanya langsung ke customer service DIMA, ternyata untuk menjual Bond di pasar sekunder masih harus melalui dealer dengan menghubungi 14032. Sangat disayangkan transaksi Bond di pasar sekunder tidak bisa dilakukan langsung di Growin, padahal di aplikasi holding companynya (Livin) bisa melakukan transaksi Bond baik di pasar perdana maupun di pasar sekunder.
