I signed up for the free trial, but I was charged for the subscription immediately.
Instead of being able to try the app and decide whether I wanted to subscribe, I ended up wasting a lot of time completing the onboarding questionnaire, trying to find an account page that doesn’t even exist to figure out what happened with my subscription, requesting a refund, and now writing this review.
The app is going straight into the bin, and you’ve earned yourselves a one-star review.

This app collects a lot of personal information and does not provide an easy way to modify or control privacy settings. Additionally, I was charged a $135 subscription fee without clearly accepting or authorizing the payment. This is a very disappointing experience and poor service. Like others I also missed to cancel the free trial and the very next day when I requested for refund through apple the claim was rejected and no reason was provided. The apple support team raised their hands and asked me to make better decision in my life. The free trial is just to lure you in as you always forget to cancel the free trial.
