There’s also no way of getting in touch with customer support. ### 1/5 — Lost all my data *2022-09-25* I’ve been using the app for the last six years and absolutely adore, however after the last update i lost all my data and cant even log in on the app. Thats frustrating. **Developer response:** I am so sorry about this! There is no login and no online service (health data is very private and storing it online is problematic due to regulations such as HIPAA etc) but the app allows you to store your data as a file in the cloud service of your choice (such as iCloud Drive, Dropbox etc), giving you an always up-to-date cloud backup. But that's probably too late for you, I'm really sorry! The data is also included in your Apple backups (iTunes backup and iCloud backup) -- maybe you still have a backup of your older iPhone?
