뭐죠?? 몇년간 기록중이었는데 데이터 다 사라졌어요. 복구 안되나요. 아이폰,클라우드 용량 충분하고 계정 바꾼적 없으며 삭제했다 다시깔지도 않았습니다.

아이키기록의 iCloud는 "백업"이 아니라 기기 간 "동기화" 방식이라, 설정이나 동기화 상태에 따라 기록이 일시적으로 비어 보일 수 있습니다.
아래 사항을 확인 부탁드립니다.
① iCloud 동기화 켜짐 확인
설정 > [내 이름] > iCloud > iCloud를 사용하는 앱에서 '아이키기록'이 켜져 있는지 확인해주세요. Wi-Fi에 연결된 상태에서 앱을 잠시 열어 둔 뒤 다시 확인해보시기 바랍니다.
혹시 다른 iPhone이나 iPad에 기록이 남아 있다면 복구 가능성이 높습니다.
② iCloud 저장 용량 확인
설정 > [내 이름] > iCloud > 계정 저장 공간 관리에서 '아이키기록' 항목의 용량이 몇 MB로 표시되는지 확인 부탁드립니다.
③ 3.0 업데이트 안내 — 수동 백업·복원 기능 추가
현재 3.0 버전이 심사 중이며, 이번 업데이트에서 수동 백업·복원 기능이 새로 추가됩니다. 업데이트 후 직접 데이터를 파일로 내보내고 복원할 수 있어, 기기 변경이나 데이터 유실 시 훨씬 안전하게 대응하실 수 있습니다. 업데이트가 출시되면 꼭 이용해보시기 바랍니다.

1. iCloud 계정을 변경하셨나요? 변경하면 새로운 아이디로 동기화되므로 데이터가 유실될 수 있습니다. 
2. 지웠다가 재설치 가능할까요? 
지워도 데이터를 자동으로 가져옵니다. 
저의 휴대폰에서 테스트해보니 잘 가져오고 있습니다
3. iCloud 용량이 충분한가요? 부족하면 Sync를 못할 수 있습니다
