Unable to add end of shift overtime. Unable to submit timesheets. Unable to see daily posting sheet. Unable to see your rolling hours. All you can do is view the next 6 or so shifts as a list, book overtime and request leave. ### 1/5 — Not fit for purpose *2024-05-13, version 7.5.21* When viewing duties, app constantly goes white, & I have to delete & re-download (which requires a PC as you need to scan QR code as keying number in doesn’t work). Literally can only get one use out of the app before requiring re-download. I then have to delete and reinstall which brings the app back for a few hours before it goes blank again. Running on latest IOS, phone is less than a year old. Shame as it’s really useful to have my shifts handy without carrying my iPad around. Please fix it ### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible *2023-12-16, version 7.5.21* Constantly crashes. Resets your dates for forward planning. When you views details of a shift and then return it scrolls to the top so you have to tediously scroll down again. Generally clunky and poorly written. The web version is almost as bad. ### 1/5 — Worst App ever! *2023-12-05, version 7.5.21* This app has an interface that looks like it was made by a high school project team. Not to mention the incessant bugs that have always been present since my organisation started using GRS. It’s obvious no one in the development team cares about what they’re putting out. Seems to me GRS charge a fortune for their product and lock big companies into their product and don’t bother with updating the system to work in a contemporary environment. The only reason I use this garbage is because I’m employed by a company who was stupid enough to buy the product. The website leaves a lot to be desired UI & user friendliness-wise but compared to that the app is ten times worse. Practically a broken app with almost NO utility. I ended up having to e-mail for shifts which became unavailable whist I was waiting for a reply. Can’t change the date to view anything. Appalling update ### 1/5 — The worst app ever. *2021-07-08, version 7.4.12* Clearly the developers don’t give a flying f either as consistently bad reviews have resulted in zero change at all. This app is absolutely sh1t, there is nothing good to say about it. The worst app ever and the reason I haven’t been able to volunteer for any shifts because the app simply won’t allow it. How others are managing is beyond me. I tap on authenticate and nothing happens. Reinstalled it but it still doesn’t work. Only way I can get it to open is by resetting it. Having said that do you the developer have any plans to update the mobile app so that time sheets can be submitted via the app. ### 5/5 — Unusable *2018-05-14* Had the app running for my shifts and was working really well. Now after recent update app will not allow me to use this. **UPDATE** Speak to the developers as they’re very accommodating and helped me to sort this issue out. Subsequently needed some time but now all up and running so credit to them for speaking to me personally and sorting my issue. ### 4/5 — What have you done *2021-03-30, version 7.4.9* Updated the app today to the latest version....... improved login and user experience ...... I can’t even login... In fact the app doesn’t even get to the point of asking me to login. No fingerprint, no password, nothing 🙄 can’t see any of my shifts so if I don’t turn up for work, it’s not my fault (as if my employer would accept that). Either get this fixed please or give us the old one back. It may not have been perfect but at least it worked 😁 *** Update *** I uninstalled the app; waited 24 hours and then reinstalled. I’m pleased to say that everything now appears to be working well 👍🏻 I must give fair credit to the developer too. Whilst they didn’t actually do anything to fix my issue (because it was dealt with before they had a chance), they were in touch to understand what the issues were and I am confident they would have done everything they could to fix it. If there are problems, they are generally solved by reloading the app. Did travel 2 hours to a shift that was cancelled because the app didn’t refresh. ### 2/5 — Recent updates *2025-09-17, version 7.8.20* Total mobile have acquired GRS and made some improvements. However this app is still limited and requires UI improvements. It needs a monthly calendar view with different colours to clearly show rest days or leave etc. It’s 2025 and you should have pretty much full use in an app like on the website such as inputting end of shift OT, submitting time sheets, viewing daily posting sheets etc. Please look at MyShiftPlanner app for inspiration. ### 2/5 — Calendar? *2022-10-01, version 7.4.34* Would like to see my month of shifts on one screen again ie like a calendar as opposed to scrolling down long list of dates ..is this possible now? ### 2/5 — Basic search functionality needed *2021-05-16, version 7.4.12* Please please pretty please....
