## Most critical reviews (9 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Never mind

*2021-06-02*

Kind of pointless

### 1/5 — I can’t even use the app

*2019-08-25*

I installed the app on my iPhone and entered all the required information in order to register. The app keeps displaying an error every time I touch the submit button.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t sync or work!

*2018-12-20*

Update: So pass never works on the bus. Scanner won’t scan the pass or says it’s a “bad verify”. One driver made me scan my name pass 5-8 times before he just let me on the bus. Lady earlier this morning had the same issue and she had to scan hers a bunch before he let her on. Deleting this thing once the pass expires.

So I bought a 7 day pass Thursday. Got a new phone Friday. Tried to use the pass a few minutes ago and it was not there. I’m using the same account. Where is my pass?! Wasted money.

### 2/5 — It’s okay

*2018-07-21*

It’s okay but a lot of times the buses don’t pick the bar code up, so it never scans. It’s highly convenient & i love the idea. It’s just that what’s the point of it, if it doesn’t even work half the time when you get on the bus.

### 3/5 — Barcode often fails

*2019-01-18*

The app is super convenient because I don’t want to search for where to buy bus passes (and waste paper). But the barcode doesn’t scan half the time and I think the drivers just verify my pass by looking at my phone. Please fix the barcode scanning process.

### 3/5 — Some work to do on fareboxes

*2019-01-01*

The app is really convenient, but I’m going to go ahead and switch to physical fare payments. Pulse station codes work well, but barcodes on the regular fareboxes only work about 50% of the time. Every time I board a bus, I wonder if it’s going to scan and people behind me will be annoyed.
I really like the idea of the app, but there’s lots of work to do. The barcode needs to be super bright like when I scan something from Ticketmaster.

### 4/5 — Reliable for unlimited passes

*2018-07-18*

Highly recommend this app for day, week, and monthly passes . It is very reliable. The UI is a little strange, but it explains to you how to use the app at either the Pulse or non-Pulse. I do think there are some pieces that would be confusing for single ride. For instance, once you activate for a non-Pulse ride, you have 2 minutes to scan the pass. For Pulse, you need to photograph the QR code next to the ticket taking station, and that will activate your pass indefinitely.

Overall though, this is a much improved way to pay for GRTC. Much easier for unlimited pass-ers to keep track of their pass.

### 5/5 — Works Well

*2020-09-06*

This app is not currently necessary due to the temporary free fair, but I used it for a year or so, and have not had any of the problems other users are talking about. It works really well.

### 5/5 — No pulse

*2018-07-21*

I like this app, but as of today it doesn’t seem to want to let me use the QR Code scanner at the Pulse Stations, it keeps saying that my iPhone with the latest update isn’t compatible with the software.
