When contacting support Grubup keep saying delivery delays , keep changing delivery dates and then not responding when the delivery day arrives , do not deliver . They are not refunding the amount or fulfilling delivery and it is the 20th today . There is no way of contacting the vendor itself and you have to rely on poor support service from Grubup . I think this is a scam app , please beware before ordering !!! ### 1/5 — Logs out all the time *2026-01-31* Can your app please not logout all the time and then ask for password? So many times I have thought of placing an order but each time the app is logged out, does not have face recognition option and asks for log in id and password.
