When contacting support Grubup keep saying delivery delays , keep changing delivery dates and then not responding when the delivery day arrives , do not deliver . They are not refunding the amount or fulfilling delivery and it is the 20th today . There is no way of contacting the vendor itself and you have to rely on poor support service from Grubup . I think this is a scam app , please beware before ordering !!! ### 1/5 — Logs out all the time *2026-01-31* Can your app please not logout all the time and then ask for password? So many times I have thought of placing an order but each time the app is logged out, does not have face recognition option and asks for log in id and password. After requesting that it be picked up and I receive a full refund, I was told that the suppliers thinks there is nothing wrong. I sent pictures and various message L’s with no avail. I will never use this app again and will never recommend anyone use it. The suppliers here are dishonest and products are poor quality. ### 1/5 — Deceptive *2022-04-09* Don’t use this up. They take your money. Don’t deliver half of your order and then the order that arrives 40mins late, is something you wouldn’t even feed a dog. They don’t understand that they have to refund the customer, the customer used their service. Customer support is pathetic.
