It’s getting ridiculous the amount of times it’s down and “unable to verify” my account details to sign in. Worse, when it goes down, I can’t access my funds. My card gets rejected and I can’t use an ATM. Grundy needs to get a more reliable app server. You have to pull the screen down to see the error at the top. I tried 5 times and it says retry or call customer service. Just how I want to spend my Saturday morning.
