So I only got Credit for 7 shirts out of 10.. I don’t understand why this is a constant issue for you. Nothing says “we support vets” like taking money away from Vets and not actually delivering on time. My packages shouldn’t take over 7 days to ship to my state from another state, and basically get LOST in transit with no updates? This is ridiculous. It’s happened on multiple orders and I’ve only bought one to two things per order. ### 1/5 — App functions. Bad customer service. *2021-01-12* So they preach that they care about vets and good business reputation. They are part of a “life style” 30 day to get an order 6 states away. Wish send junk from China on a ship across an ocean faster. Customer service makes you wait for absolutely nothing to tell you there is nothing they can do for you every time even tho all 3 experiences are getting worse every time. The app had one thing in the cart at check out. Press send and sends me the complete wrong order. I bought 3 items in the app check out. The send me two items one that I replaced and one never even made it in the box and one item was right. Made me sit on hold to tell me there’s nothing the can do. All this said I still like the product and will make a few last purchases. Ultimately I will not spend as much money as I planned on nor will I recommend the company to anyone else. ### 1/5 — Can’t Login *2018-11-07, version 10.27.12* I don’t have any problems logging into my account with Safari on my phone or my laptop but it doesn’t work on the app and although I’m registered, the app even says I’m registered, but my login credentials don’t work. My guess is maybe it is because the app hasn’t been updated in 3 weeks and I’m on the newest iPhone XS Max with iOS 12.1 which was released less than a week ago. Please update the app so it works and I will be happy to update my rating and change the review. Love Grunt Style! ### 1/5 — Website & App issues *2018-08-09, version 10.22.7* The website won’t accept my change of address. I have attempted to update it several times now and every time I log on the site it still shows my old address. I never received my July shirt and probably won’t receive the August one because of it, and with that I will be $40 short and with no shirts. The app won’t accept my email therefore I cannot login, but I am receiving emails from you guys, which clearly means that my email is valid and my account exists. It’s frustrating. ### 2/5 — Grunt App *2023-05-11, version 15* I am a huge fan of their gear and I have servers of their shirts and have purchased hats as gifts for family. The hats and shirts hold up really well and are all around great. But the app, not so much. The app emptied my shopping cart five different times and it had a lot of issues loading their products regardless if I was at work, at home, on/off wifi didn’t matter.
