## What is Gruppo Carbone?

Customers of the "Carbone Group" (MAN dealership) can communicate with the various departments of the dealership based on the management needs of their vehicle (Truck, Bus, Van). Furthermore, customers can receive reports from the "Carbone Group" relating to the inspection and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the vehicle. Messages are exchanged via SMS.
