Ho scaricato l’app ma nemmeno si apre, si blocca in caricamento. Considerato che il sito del GSD ora non consente di prenotare se non via app (anche il sito si incaglia) direi che è abbastanza vergognoso sopratutto dato che sono l’unico centro che opera su Malpensa.

Processo lunghissimo, una volta raggiunta la fase per il pagamento, la schermata di conferma scompare e ricompare velocemente, per pagare uno deve continuamente schiacciare sul bottone e sperare che in quel momento la schermata appaia.

Buon servizio ma esperienza utente può essere decisamente migliorata.
