### 3/5 — Not bad, but not great.

*2017-04-06*

The brush is very particular in how you hold it. You have to change your grip to get the left, right, front, and back sides. There is only one brushing game on the app even though the website shows multiple. Coins don't appear to be saved/redeemable. However! This app got my niece to brush her teeth voluntarily so that makes it a big win.

Hopefully there will be updates soon.

### 4/5 — There is one problem with this game.

*2016-06-18*

When you finish, it closes its self out. It never seems to save my grush coins when it closes out. I think maybe it should wait longer, or not close out at all. Then you would need a back button, but that wouldn't be that hard to do.

### 5/5 — Great product!

*2016-01-28, version 1.0.2*

Great product!

### 1/5 — Horrible app

### 1/5 — HORRIBLE APP!

*2018-12-27*

My son received this a a Christmas present love the concept but the application is awful says I have an account but won’t let me log in . Problems need to be fixed Would like to ACTUALLY USE BOTH APP AND TOOTHBRUSH !

### 1/5 — Great idea...horribly done

*2018-12-10*

This could have been a very good product, but the app is so poorly done that it ends up being just an over priced toothbrush. I think the developers didn’t take much time on the app as it is so basic that profiles cannot be edited. You can only delete the profile and start over, which loses all your stats and progress. Also, when creating an account a text is supposed to be sent to you within 60 seconds for a pin. Mine came 3 minutes later and then the app wouldn’t let me enter it, start over or bypass the screen. In the end it just moved on randomly. While using the games the toothbrush syncs poorly with actual movement and my daughter gets so frustrated she has started crying. The game tells her to brush her back teeth and she is but it wants her to go further back. She physically doesn’t have anymore mouth to go further back. Not to mention the toothbrush leaks water into the battery compartment. My daughter was so excited about this toothbrush and now she cry’s because it doesn’t work and she wants to play it. Needless to say, very, very disappointed.

### 1/5 — App update is HORRIBLE

*2018-04-18*

Since they updated the app, the tracking is now awful and doesn’t work, and the toothbrush no longer seems to sync well with the app. What was a great product has now become a horrible product, and I’m very disappointed. My daughter was learning how to brush her teeth well and the areas where she needed improvement, but now we get nothing. Absolute garbage app update, and I might just try to return it.

### 1/5 — Great idea but poor performance

*2018-01-08*

The concept is thrilling. Had the brush been synced with app well brushing teeth would be engaging and productive. Unfortunately, the tooth brush couldn’t be located properly on the screen, making slaying teeth monsters quite frustrating. My daughter will just use Grush as a regular electric toothbrush. I wish I didn’t overpay for it in the first place. Disappointed.

### 1/5 — Bad Purchase

*2016-09-20*

Exciting concept, but not well developed. Save your money it is not well spent here. Bought a Grush to encourage my son to brush on his own. A $6 vibrating brush from your standard grocery store is better built. Our Grush only lasted about 4 brushings. Water gets into the battery case and shorts it out. Also the app is quite limited and glitchy. It didn't work well on my iPhone 6. The app required my son to brush his entire mouth by holding their toothbrush in a single direction which resulted in poor brushing. The parental app is even worse, I was not able to monitor my sons brushing at all. Tried calling customer service only to discover, via voice recording, that they would not accept a return since our Grush was used. There was no option to speak with someone in person or leave a message. Honestly I left this situation feeling scammed.

### 2/5 — Doesn't calibrate correctly

*2017-02-16, version 2.4*

No matter what I do. It doesn't work with the app correctly. Shows it always in a completely different spot. My son gets frustrated it's not were he's brushing.

### 3/5 — Not recommended

*2020-11-19*

Many bugs seem to exist for a long time and certainly will not recommend:

### 3/5 — Fine til update

*2019-04-22*

I cannot get in to the calendar to track anything now. When we sign in, we can see our users but cannot get into anything on that screen.

### 3/5 — Good update but...

*2017-07-28*

Great update. New scoring is great. You can actually get more than 96. My kids were getting discouraged because they had met the 96 and were not able to get 100.
Please bring back the stars. Stars is the visual representation of they are successfully crushing the monsters. In this update it is change to some spark which is almost invisible on iPad and very hard to see on iPhone 7plus. Stars, or any other representation besides the spark would be better for kids.

### 5/5 — Perfection

*2019-02-12*

I saw some negative reviews about this app so I was concerned but I had to brush so I wanted to give you an update and try it. There has been a recent update and there are a lot of great improvements there are two games now and the new space game is a lot of fun. The tracking is excellent so everybody complaining about the app just giving an update you know things do get better over time in this app has reached excellence in perfection

*2016-09-22, version 2.0*
