Sad they offer this Trash for 3 free months when you spend 4K plus for a 39” Air . DO NOT USE THIS FOR ANY EVENT ITS TRASH ### 1/5 — Efectos *2023-11-29* The green effect don't work ### 1/5 — Not for professional booth operators and limited tech support *2023-07-19, version 1.6.5* My background: Professional wedding and event company owner for 9 years. My Opinion :This software is not for someone looking to run a professional operation charging hundreds/thousands of dollars. Why: Limited/No tech or phone support. The rendering time for even 1080p video is way too long. The template editor is not professional. There are way too many other options out there for this to be your Orcavue booth solution. Good use: if you are doing small jobs or donating services to churches etc, then this may work. But if you need a fast, professional product this isn’t it and makes Orcavue look bad. I only gave this a one star for professional usage. It might be good for personal use or other situations that arent weddings and large corporate events ### 1/5 — Just not working at all *2023-06-07, version 1.6.5* Things have gotten so bad. I researched many apps for our 360 and this seemed to be a fairly intuitive one. If only it worked and loaded. 7+ minutes between screens. And processing the videos takes forever to the point where clients leave. When I called customer support I was directed to the chat and there they just kept telling me to restart and delete and readd the app - which I had already done. Cleared the cache, etc etc. the app has problems and for the price you pay I expect something that works. ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2023-04-28, version 1.6.5* Paid 49.99 for subscription and was not able to use app. Error message of invalid credentials ### 2/5 — Hummm.. could be better! Still got a lot to do on it! *2022-06-21* I started to use the app and it keeps bugging. Sometimes it just quit while I’m recording the video. I shoot on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and I even tried it on my iPhone 13 Pro. It does the same thing. I can’t use the app on events so I capture my videos with the native app for the moment. I might be forced to use other softwares like Touchpix if this app doesn’t work properly which would be unfortunate because the app looks kinda cool and I haven’t explored yet every option because it doesn’t work properly. Please fix it. Thank you ### 3/5 — Need tech Support *2022-06-19, version 1.2.2* App closes, the speed slider doesn’t seem to work. I turn the speed up and the spinner still goes slow. When I come back to that menu the slider is back to a slow speed. When i goes through menu editing the settings the page that allows you to start the booth suddenly does not appear and I have to close app to see it again. I have tried this on iPhone 11 and on iPhone 13 pro Max. As of now I’m afraid to use it for events and may have to go with TouchPix even though I know it’s the same developer. ### 4/5 — Resolve issues *2025-10-29, version 1.8.5* I appreciate the quick resolution when ever I reach out to the Gruvy chat.
