I scanned the code in the spot I pulled into and paid my five hours. After everything it told me to park in spot 2, even tho I pulled into, and scanned the code for spot 7. Someone was in spot 2 already. It was impossible to change the stall number in the app and I had an appointment so I couldn’t wait around for someone to reply to me. Absolutely awful app design. It’s like it’s made for people planning ahead for a spot. However I have found them to be completely disorganized, they do not police they’re lots and have seen on a daily basis vehicles that park consistently in the lot to take up multiple spots, abandoned vehicles illegally parked for a week. Trying to find any information about your monthly parking on the app is impossible and the response time from emailing support is lengthy and not helpful.
