I scanned the code in the spot I pulled into and paid my five hours. After everything it told me to park in spot 2, even tho I pulled into, and scanned the code for spot 7. Someone was in spot 2 already. It was impossible to change the stall number in the app and I had an appointment so I couldn’t wait around for someone to reply to me. Absolutely awful app design. It’s like it’s made for people planning ahead for a spot. However I have found them to be completely disorganized, they do not police they’re lots and have seen on a daily basis vehicles that park consistently in the lot to take up multiple spots, abandoned vehicles illegally parked for a week. Trying to find any information about your monthly parking on the app is impossible and the response time from emailing support is lengthy and not helpful. When I arrived, someone was already parked in the spot I reserved. I ended up having to find parking elsewhere. The first time GrydPark said they would have an “enforcement officer” go out and check but clearly this didn’t happen as the person parked there again and isn’t facing any consequences for being in the wrong spot. The closest parking spot to my destination was 12 blocks away or 1.5 km away. There needs to be closer parking spots for this to be usable. Destination 200 graham. Parking spot 40 hargrave. ### 2/5 — When it works- it’s great. *2024-04-23, version 3.0.7* Literally half of the time this app does not work. It makes me sign in each time (even when passwords saved) and then says “try again later”. Very inconvenient when already park and need to get to a meeting. Customer service is great however and helpful, but I shouldn’t have to go through them each time. Fix the app please. And no, I am not the only one with issues.
