Hey Green Shield Canada plan members! GSC everywhere lets you access your benefits plan information wherever you are, whenever you want… unplugged but always connected.

GSC everywhere features*:
•	Submit a claim directly from your smartphone or tablet.
•	Find a GSC-vetted health provider near you
•	Check whether a health service or item is covered under your plan, and how much will be covered.
•	Show your digital ID card (this is also your travel card if you have travel benefits) without logging into the app.
•	Easy access to GSC offerings like our digital clinic, and Change4Life—GSC’s interactive health management portal that supports and encourages you to get and stay healthy.
•	Search your claims history and get the real time status of recently submitted claims as well as details of previously processed claims.
•	See instantly if you have alerts for any outstanding claim audits.
•	View your Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) and Personal Spending Account (PSA)* balances, and set up auto-coordination of claims with your HCSA (meaning you only need to submit your claim once).

The app never works. Clicking through it you just get blank pages. Absolutely useless.

Doesn’t work half the time. Login never remembers the username. Face login doesn’t work. Crashes all the time and has a blank login screen where none of the buttons work. 

Many of the bad reviews have 5 stars which is confusing. I’m guessing idiots don’t know that 5 stars means great.

This app used to be very useful for making claims and reviewing past claims. Now whenever I filter to see more than the most recent 3 claims that are displayed on the dashboard it kicks me out and wants me to log in again. There’s no way to search prior claims which makes the app useless to me. Also “A Button” appears as text on the second button on the login screen. What is the point of that?! I’m surprised when I can log into the app: it doesn’t work properly with Apple iOS and tries to make me register a new account every time I try to log into the app, if it displays the login page at all. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this is by far the worst app I have ever downloaded to my phone. Sad. Very sad.

So simple to submit a claim. Tried in the old app and it was denied. This one was super easy and had past claims information in it already which made things easier.

A white screen cones in the middle of the app and you are stuck there. I tried reloading it and it’s consistently useless.

This IOS app is fairly decent. However; it has a few irritants. Firstly, any new providers I add does now save. So I have to keep adding them every time. Secondly, I was unable to add a new provider today. The app wouldn’t detect that I had a phone number in that field. So I kept getting an error message saying that the field can’t be blank. I tried multiple times. I even deleted the app, and reinstalled it. These simple app errors shouldn’t be happening in 2025. It is very frustrating.

What are you guys doing gsc? For real. If I don’t log into the app every few weeks it seems, I have to reset my password even though I use the same one every time then I have to go through an update and this time I had to download the plus version. I just wanted to see what my naturopath coverage was and it took me 15 mins. These updates are a little much
