For real. If I don’t log into the app every few weeks it seems, I have to reset my password even though I use the same one every time then I have to go through an update and this time I had to download the plus version. I just wanted to see what my naturopath coverage was and it took me 15 mins. Instead of there being an easy option to submit your receipt for your claim there is no option like that. So you are forced to submit your receipt after the claim has been denied. No option but yes and can’t click off of it. Once you click yes, it signs you out after going to the App Store… it’s an endless loop and you can’t use the app anymore! Absolutely useless. ### 1/5 — Probably the worst app I’ve ever had to use *2025-06-30, version 3.2.7* Doesn’t work half the time. Login never remembers the username. Face login doesn’t work. Crashes all the time and has a blank login screen where none of the buttons work. Many of the bad reviews have 5 stars which is confusing. I’m guessing idiots don’t know that 5 stars means great. ### 1/5 — Used to be good *2025-05-25, version 3.2.5* This app used to be very useful for making claims and reviewing past claims. Now whenever I filter to see more than the most recent 3 claims that are displayed on the dashboard it kicks me out and wants me to log in again. There’s no way to search prior claims which makes the app useless to me. Also “A Button” appears as text on the second button on the login screen. What is the point of that?! I’m surprised when I can log into the app: it doesn’t work properly with Apple iOS and tries to make me register a new account every time I try to log into the app, if it displays the login page at all. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this is by far the worst app I have ever downloaded to my phone. Sad. I tried reloading it and it’s consistently useless. ### 1/5 — App has Bugs *2025-04-23, version 3.2.5* This IOS app is fairly decent. However; it has a few irritants. Firstly, any new providers I add does now save. So I have to keep adding them every time. Secondly, I was unable to add a new provider today. The app wouldn’t detect that I had a phone number in that field. So I kept getting an error message saying that the field can’t be blank. I tried multiple times. I even deleted the app, and reinstalled it. These simple app errors shouldn’t be happening in 2025. It is very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Broken *2025-04-13, version 3.2.5* Everytime I open the app to try to submit a claim, it prompts me to download Greenshield+, but doesn’t let me opt out of the prompt to submit my claim. Further more, using the app myself I’ve encountered many problems. Explanations on benefits are limited. I have to keep re logging on after every session. Password requirements change. Submitting for benefits are a head ache.
