I open the app and log in, it works for not even a second and sends me right back to the log in screen

Navigation is ok, but when entering information when prompted, results is missing fields pop up and I’ve filled everything they’ve asked for. Blue cross works so much better.

The concept of this app was designed well, however, there are so much detail missing! 

Many claim code were not added so when u submit a claim you can’t find the right procedure code at all. The claim history page was not useful at all. You could only see very limited claim history and the search criteria are very complicated.

To the designer, use it before release it, stand on the user’s shoes. Thanks!
