## What is GScorer?

Gscorer provides individual, match and team game scoring for 1 to 4 players. Gscorer is targeted for practical on-course use with easy to read screens and minimal interaction for scoring the game. Many game types are supported, Match Play, Best of X from Y, In the chair and more to come. 
All handicaps for individual and game play are calculated automatically to 2024 WHS handicap rules.
Game type can be changed at any time, even after completing a round. Score cards are shown for strokes, stableford points and contribution made to game scores.
Games can be saved and emailed to all players. They can be re-loaded for view or resumption at a later date.
Courses are manually entered with a straight forward course editor giving maximum flexibility.
All Gscorer functionality is enabled by the one level of subscription, currently subscriptions are suspended and Gscorer is free to use.

### 2.1 — 2025-11-09

Bug fixes for IOS26 and an incorrect default Par rating for WGC Yellow Tees, plus new Winter Default courses for Worthing GC (defaults only loaded on new installs)

### 2.0 — 2025-09-23

Eclectic scoring is now available, this is automatically calculated. Eclectic annotations are shown on a game's score card and a full eclectic card can be shown via the menu during a game, the date range for eclectic scores can be configured. A score card colour code key is provided on the score card menu. Historical games can now be deleted.

### 1.5 — 2024-10-24

Gscorer 1.5 introduces mixed tee scoring where players in a match can play from different tees and have handicaps adjusted appropriately for individual and match play.
Courses have been re-structured to support multiple tee play.
Match handicap calculation now has "Competition" or "Casual play" options to allow WHS non-rounding handicap calculation or rounded calculation as the user requires.

### 1.4 — 2024-06-10

Gscorer v1.4 has the following new features
A Course Import feature to allow sharing of a course with playing partners (see instructions for details)
A Nett Strokes scorecard is included
Modifications to Course and Player selection to provide most recently used choices first in the list

### 1.3 — 2024-05-19

This version is FREE to use and will remain FREE for as long as the installation remains on the phone.
