I’ve always taught myself not to use this app in order to look for the beauty in it, to look for the beauty of all GSIS face’s users and to be CALM because everyone is angry on the app and to look for alternatives. And I would bring this to the authority of GSIS to solve the problem as a member of GSIS and a contributor as well to see situations with a SILVER LINING, and to assess where is the origin of the problem to give something hopes, where the app could provide service again to all the members. Prior to my IOS update, I can open the app. But now it just crashes before it even opened. Fix this. This is becoming an inconvenience for us who pay our contibution.
