Couldn’t do facial verification since 2 days now. The app repeatedly failed the “liveness” checks and ask you to start over and over again and eventually locked me out. Customer service numbers equally useless, so is email. Please avoid the bank if you really need to do proper business ### 1/5 — Terrible Onboarding experience *2026-06-17, version 1.0.2* Like another reviewer mentioned, it would have been best to just update the current e-token app than releasing a new one. I tried to register on this one and the “liveliness check” kept failing - now it gives an error saying the onboarding limit exceeded and there is no guidance on how to get this resolved. However this version has a terrible design. The ‘Generate Token’ & ‘Copy Token’ are on a second page.
