It is a bit buggy. The most noticeable is using the widgets (which the app promotes frequently). Not sure how much I paid for interdevice sync, but a refund would be nice. No support. Error messages left and right. Can’t see subtasks under parent. View gets stuck without category column listing. Strange. Oh, well, I’ll just drop back to Google Tasks. Don’t waste your time with this one. I’m trying to figure out how do delete a certain task list that will NOT show the delete option beside it. Written twice over 3 months with zero response. *2024-01-03, version 4.9.43* I love this app. Have used it for years. So much so, that I pay for Pro. In the past, I’ve gotten support when needed. Now I hear nothing at all back through the in-app contact methods. Multiple tries over months. Nothing. I have an iPhone SE 2020 iOS 17.2.1 —with iOS 16 or 17 it stopped pulling calendar appointments into GTasks Pro. App tells me calendar sync needs to be enabled in iPhone Privacy and Security Settings. Will help no further. I go into iPhone Settings. There IS no configuration option for it anymore under privacy and security in Settings. I’ve tired to uninstall, soft reset memory, restart, reinstall. No configuration. No fixing. This was my go-to, see my entire day or next day in one place App, and without pulling iOS calendar entries in, it’s not the one-stop it used to be. Frustrating because I know it used to do it. This is what I bought it for. Happy to change this review to the five stars I know this app otherwise to be. Just need some sort of response to the positive. Or how it’s even possible to get in touch with a human again. Was this app purchased by a new company? I could swear it was a German-based dude prior who was extremely responsive. Doesn’t matter so long as there is support somehow (though it does make me question my ongoing love for it, since no I need to rethink my trust if its handling of my data). Thanks. ### 1/5 — Location alerts don't work *2023-12-24, version 4.9.43* I wanted to like this app and was hopeful when I saw that it at least claimed to support location based alerts, however, they simply don't work properly. I set several location based alerts and they just go off whether I am near the location or not. I'm currently about 2000 miles away from the specified location and the alerts go off anyway.
