I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall for better performance. ### 1/5 — Pin error *2021-10-14, version 4.4.5* I have been trying to make transfer to my customers and it’s keeps saying invalid pin whereas that’s the same pin I use for ussd banking and it’s working fine, but the pin is not going on the mobile app. Every time I wanna make a transfer it’s keeps saying invalid pin. Have tried resetting the profile and pin still no Available. I can’t use the fingerprint or face login feature, can’t download receipt, resolution is way larger, app crashes. Now everytime I need to put an account number I can’t search the bank like before I have to type 3 letters and most times it doesn’t even show! With all the transaction charges this bank steals, at least don’t cut corners with mobile banking app development. Extremely slow to execute the most basic of transactions including logging in, swiping within the app, multiple crashes and everything bad possible. How am I supposed to have confidence in you if I can’t log in on the app reliably? FYI - this started a day before I am posting this. I can log in on a desktop, but the app just keeps spinning when I enter the same credentials. ### 1/5 — Does NOT work in the U.S *2022-06-25, version 4.4.5* For a couple of years now I have been unable to login to the app from the U.S. I can login when in Europe; just not in the U.S. I literally have to use VPN from the States to connect to Europe or Africa in order to get the app to login. Whenever I want to request for account statement it doesn't provide a calendar to select the beginning and end dates. It only provides a space to manually type in date values which leads to errors. Always having some bugs but it was manageable. Last week it automatically signed me out and would not allow me to sign in with my user ID anymore. Even after using my email to login, you still have to used a passcode and FaceID doesn’t work. Tried adding a beneficiary?- the system just loads and spins and does nothing. These app difficulties are highly negative especially in a time when carrying out electronic banking transactions is paramount.
