I was informed that the connection would be shifted within 7 days. However, even after more than 4 months, the request is still pending. I have already paid for an annual plan worth ₹8,000, but it has become completely useless because I have shifted to a new location and the connection has not been transferred. I am paying for a service that I cannot use. During these 4 months, I have raised more than 25 complaints through customer care calls, service requests, and verbal follow-ups. Unfortunately, none of them have resulted in any action or resolution. Every complaint is closed or ignored without actually solving the issue. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. There appears to be no accountability, no follow-up, and no concern for customer inconvenience. This is by far one of the worst service experiences I have faced. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider this level of after-sales support before choosing GTPL. ### 1/5 — Worst app competition with their “customer care” “executives” and *2026-05-25* Update (May-2026) Who has animation and music that would take time forever to load login page??? This is not a kids animation site ( even they have better login process) . Better than last but still needs way more improvement. Customer service is still worst.. Your Support email/phone/app never works. They keep on saying wait for 24 hours thats it. Update (03-Oct-2024): Even after changing graphics and renaming app, quality is still the same, PATHETIC… I am trying to submit ticket, but it keep on saying, I already have filled ticket and connect on their customer care number to register complain. I don’t have any open ticket (I already have check multiple times) so best of luck guys. Update (22-Nov-2021): I got response to submit Screenshot after 3 and half months (original post date 3-Aug-2021, got response on 22-Nov-2021) to submit screenshots and OS Version and app version. It’s like I would keep my mobile in same condition for these great people with no customer respect. If you want to resolve user problems , you would have responded within couple of days when someone could have responded. I had connected your customer service email but no benefit out of their response… Same copy-paste in reply every time as your call center. Also, after multiple times connecting with your support address, it reduces trust in your customer service… I already had contacted you over email too… but you shine in pathetic customer service there too… Original: Given 1 star as there is no way I can give 0 or negative star,else would have given that too. I thought their few customer care executives are not up to the mark… don’t listen to customer and literally repeat them selves again and again… but this app tops that… Doesn’t work most of the time. Just crashes at random click… I think they don’t care about reviews. We hope you'll reconsider your rating once we'll get back with a resolution. ### 1/5 — Completely unusable (0 star) *2026-03-25* It’s clear this app tried to chase the "Neumorphic" design trend (likely inspired by apps like CRED), but it has failed the most basic rule of mobile development: usability. The design choices have rendered the app a frustrating "trash" experience. Specifically: • Broken Navigation: The scrolling is completely non-functional. Because of the heavy Neumorphic styling, the app fails to recognize scroll gestures, making it impossible to see content below the fold. • Dead Touch Zones: Most of the interactive elements and buttons do not respond to touch. The "3D" depth effect seems to have messed up the hit-testing for buttons. • FOMO Design: It feels like the developers copied a trend just for the sake of looking "modern" without actually testing if a human could use it. Advice to Developers: Please stop trying to reinvent the wheel with complex shadows that break the UI. You are much better off using native components that are accessible and functional. This app currently serves no purpose other than taking up space. GTPL needs to either pull this from the Store immediately or release a complete overhaul using standard, usable design patterns. As it stands, it’s simply broken. ### 1/5 — PATHETIC INTERNET PROVIDER *2026-02-23* Dont buy gtpl plan as they are super good in sales but after sales service is -0. They dont share local executive numbers, u have to call on customer care centralised number and again they behave like robots , i m forwarding your problem so wait for sometime . After 3 days repeating same sentence again and again. They dont have any information regarding your concern they are interested in disconnecting the call. After paying them only we have to wait and supporting staff are like kings when they have mood to repair they will come and take time ### 1/5 — Too bad service provider *2025-11-12* Extremely disappointed with GTPL Fiber’s customer support. It has been 14 days since my internet stopped working, and I’ve been calling their support every single day. Every time, they repeat the same line — “your issue is on high priority” — but nothing ever gets fixed. Their service team shows zero responsibility, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for customers’ time. For a company providing internet services, their support response is pathetic and unreliable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, please avoid GTPL Fiber. It’s one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. ### 1/5 — Application crashing all the time *2023-09-22* The application is very bad. I am not successful at all to login to the application as it is crashing after putting login credentials . Deleting application and reinstalling is not helping. I wanted to lodge my broadband connection issue through application as it is not getting resolved through toll free number. But it is failing at first step I.e. logging in to the app. The developer should give more attention to make this work atleast. In this age of tough competition, user needs a better solution and approach against for his hard earned money . Do not fall in their trap otherwise you won't be able to get out of it without losing money, patience and health. Buying GTPL is like buying stress and blood pressure which is easily available and cheap. It's the worst ISP of all time. They don't care about their customers. The app is a non sense, it's worse than a bad joke. It crashes all the time. It's so useless that I uninstalled it quite a long time back but installed it to see if it improved a bit but it became worse. It's like, with time they are getting closer and closer to perfection on failure. My GTPL stopped working like a month back and I called their customer service which is never answered, created tickets which gets automatically closed in 48 hours without even a single response and emails to all their nodal officers and executives but it's like singing in front of a stone. It's so worse that I lost my money and time on subscriptions on Netflix, prime, hotstar, Eros. I even had to take leaves from my office as working from home on cellphone internet makes you limited and this all is just because of GTPL's "Meherbani". Thank you GTPL for causing us stress, depression and blood pressure. Every time I raise a complaint they fix it quickly and the folks have become friends. The iPhone app was okay but got the basic tasks done well however the recent update is terrible. It starts asking for otp even for downloading invoice and bills. Can the team help me understand why they’ve kept otp for downloading invoice and bills? Also the share button has gone missing from invoice and bills and have to keep networking otp repeatedly. Apple team please check proper this application then approve it for App Store. Apple team until improvement app please block it on App Store. And it provide worst service for internet service.
