No updates. Even the new Mobile money feature is not on here. I will increase my star rating once an update happens. The developers are too dormant or the bank is not paying it’s developers to work on the iPhone App. This App works great. It does all that I need it to do. I’m able to work my account from anywhere in the world with Internet. I didn’t give a 5 Star because I need this to have the face recognition or touch login feature. It is particularly unreliable during critical moments when urgent payments or transactions are required. It will instantly log you out and that is frustrating. I am aware that this review may not lead to any improvements, as numerous similar complaints have gone unaddressed. The utility of this app is severely undermined by its consistent failures. Given these issues, I find the overall experience unsatisfactory and cannot, in good conscience, recommend its use to others. ### 1/5 — Zero experience on GT bank. *2024-07-12, version 2.1.9* I gave one start because if there is no star to issue a review I would have chosen that one. Everything about the app is failure. From the app icon looks cropped. The app interface isn’t good at all. Difficult to to respond to the main server. Login show invalid even the website of it also don’t recognised userID and password given. After the registration the app automatically logs the user out with the user always find it difficult to login because the app or the web application doesn’t respond. The bank should better for this. I have been waiting for this feature in Ghana for a long time and I am glad you guys finally came through; although it comes at a fee. In the UK, instant interbank transfers are free and so I am just hoping we can get to that point soon too. Great work guys! Please update so we can do transfers to Absa Bank too . But I just want to make a suggestion and that is, I think when using the mobile money section to send money thru the app, there should be some kind of messages from GTBank telling the receiver that money have been credited to his or her mobile money account and not only the normal mobile money messages sent from MTN. That would make transactions great and easy to identify by the receiver. I really love the latest update.
