The digital member card only has 01 main policy holder’s name but all other family members’ names are disappeared. You cannot see the claims you have made and are in progress. When you submit a claim you get a randomized number receipt without any details about what it is for. Good luck to you when you submit multiple claims on a same day as you won’t be able to tell which is which. With their recent update, I cannot even see the dependents and their limits anymore. You need to enable for multiple user have their own login to the app (ie main policy owner + spouse). You need to show claims in progress with the actual pdf of receipts being accessible so people can tell what is what. The customer support needs to be retrained to start providing solutions instead of copy pasting answers. We spent HOURS only to leave the call/chat unsatisfied.
