Please update the app ☺️ ### 5/5 — Casual Comfort *2024-12-01* Easy to shop ### 5/5 — Cool affordable items *2024-09-22* Love it! ### 1/5 — 使いにくくなってアプリで買わなくなった *2024-04-10* アプリ開発の人、『デザインを変えていく事が仕事』だと思ってません？？ どんどん使いにくくなっています。 なぜアプリを使いにくくできるのか。ある意味才能ですね〜。 数年前までは毎週アプリ開いてチェックしていたのに、今はアプリが見づらすぎて月に一回開くかどうかです。 まめにアプリをチェックする人が見たいものは『新作』か『値下げ商品』じゃないですか？ トップページがどうでもいい商品のモデルの写真で、スタートから本当にどうでもいい気持ちになります。スクロールしてもまたどうでもいい商品…。 トップページがどうでもいいページってどういうこと？ 　新作を見たい時は、「検索ボタン」をタップして、下の方にある「新作」をタップ…そして商品の並び順を「おすすめ順」から「新作順」に変更…… って！！！いや、どれだけ操作させるの？？？めんどくさすぎ！！！ あと、こういうファストファッションに求めているのは『安くて可愛いものがたくさん並んでいて選ぶことの楽しさ』です。 今だと商品名やらレビューやら店舗限定やらいらない文字情報が多すぎて、一ページにギリギリ4商品見えるくらいでは？？ スクロールしまくりで本当に疲れるし、申し訳ないけどプチプラファッションは単品で見るとあんまり可愛くないんだよね 沢山並んでるのを見て、「これ可愛いかも！」って錯覚させるものだから（笑）沢山見せた方が効果的だと。 ユニクロで捨て色Tシャツを作っているのもそう。「沢山の中から選ぶ」という楽しさをつかわなきゃ。マーケティングの人わかってるかな？ とにかく使いづらいです。 わざわざデザイン変えなくていいです。 私たちはWEBサイトのお洒落さとか、アプリのお洒落さとかは求めていません。 あなたたちの服を買ってお洒落なコーデを考えるのが楽しかっただけで、「わ〜！お洒落なサイト！じゃあこれ買おう！」とはなりません。 いや、そもそもこれはお洒落なアプリなのか…？？？ ただややこしくしている事を「手が込んだデザイン」と勘違いしているのでは…？？ ### 5/5 — 店舗よりお得やん　　タップ推奨（細長い） *2024-04-05* アプリ限定セールが嬉しいです。 しかも、セールじゃない普通の値下げ商品が流行りの物だったりして買いやすいです。 カーゴジーンズが欲しくてみていたら値下げで1000円も安くなっていたりとお値段以上でした。 サイズも商品ページにモデルの身長、商品のサイズが記載されていて良心的です。 下にスクロールすれば似たような商品が載っていて、まさにこれ！って物が見つかる確率も上がります。 もっと下に行けばレビューを見れます。 レビューはその人の身長、買ったサイズ、着心地（ゆったり、丁度よい、など）が記載されていて参考にしやすいです。 レビューの他に、「スタイルヒント」という、スタッフやお客様の全身写真が載っていて、サイズや身長がわかりつつ、こういうコーデに合うな、とか、この色もいいな、など1番参考になるレビューがすぐに見れるのがいいポイントです。 4990円以上買えば、家に宅配の場合送料無料です。 私は5000円を超えてクーポンを使い、4800円になりましたが、もとが4990を超えていたので送料無料になりました。 宅配の場合、置き配がデフォルトの選択になっていますが、しっかりメールは来るので安心してください。置き配にしないこともできます。 置き配では、玄関前や、置き配ボックス、自転車のカゴ、倉庫、などなど色々な場所に置いてもらうことが出来るので、留守の時に宅配業者さんも困らないし、自分も楽で、win-winです。 店舗受け取りなら4990円を超えていなくても送料はかかりません、また、店舗に届いてから14日間も時間があるので、メールが来てからもゆっくりと対応することができるのがいいポイントです。 コンビニ受け取りも宅配と同様に送料がかかりますが、4990円以上で送料無料です。 ちなみに送料は500円です。 支払いでは、PayPay、d払い、クレジットカードが使えます。 私はPayPayで支払いました、ポイントもついて、普通より安く買えて家に届く、大満足です。 ### 2/5 — 使いづらい *2023-10-08* 商品を見て1つ前のページに戻ると、途中からではなく上(最初から)に戻るのが毎回不便で見る気が失せる。 また、IQサポート？のフキダシが本当に邪魔です。 ## Frequently asked questions about GU US ### What does the GU US app do?
