DO NOT “TOP UP” YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RENT A SCOOTER NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU LOAD ONTO YOUR ACCOUNT. ### 1/5 — Good scooters, bad app. *2025-01-20* The scooters are widely available on Guam for tourists and it is relatively easy to use them to get around. However, like others have said it is nearly impossible to withdraw funds added to the app. I have reached out countless times since August, to withdraw the funds left on my account to no avail. I’ve called and messaged numerous times. If you need to use this app, do not add more than the bare minimum or they will lie and say they will issue a refund you never receive. ### 1/5 — If only I could open an account *2024-11-16* I can’t even open an account. I’m trying to register an account and Im not getting a verification code on my email then after trying multiple times I get an error when submitting my ID. I guess I have to cross the street and grab one from GCOO. ### 3/5 — Kinda spendy *2024-06-29* Took it on a 3km ride and it costed 5$. definitely rode scooters for cheaper on the main land of the US and in Europe for longer distances also. App isn’t that camera friendly has issues focusing. It would also be nice to see what a scooter’s battery life is before inputting the QR code. I got lucky and got a scooter with 75% battery.
