The only option is to sign in. ### 1/5 — Managing account *2026-07-31, version 3.36.0* I am not tech savvy. App to hard for me to use. I liked the old app ### 1/5 — Issues loading *2026-07-30, version 3.36.0* Won’t load my current balance most of the time and would show the balance from several days ago ### 1/5 — IOS *2026-07-24, version 3.36.0* All of a sudden, after you change the bank over all of my problems started I have never caught up from my bank ATM cards being replaced with some other numbers for that week. It was dead. I’ve never caught up. I’m totally stressed. Nobody ever paid for my overdraft fees, and I had a lot of of them. Now forward a few months I can’t even get into my app. I have an iOS iPhone all of a sudden I can’t even get into my app. This is ridiculous. The online banking is garbage and they now charge ATM fees whereas the original GBB didn’t. After being with Guaranty bond bank for the past 15+ years, I am extremely disappointed in what they have reduced to and I’m in the process of looking into changing institutions. ### 1/5 — Bad App *2026-06-18, version 3.30.2* I have been banking with them since I was in high school 2001 and I can’t log into the app. Always an error when I go to log into. This is the worse. If I was closer to a branch I would close this account and open a new one with another branch. ### 1/5 — Zelle issues *2026-06-17, version 3.30.2* Never found a bank so hard to use Zelle (my $$) ### 3/5 — Optional “available balance”? *2026-05-23, version 3.30.2* Our previous app had an option to “hide” our available balance, so that we could only see what our spendable balance was. For example, I have $2000 in my account, but only want to spend $1k, that was what my available balance would show. This was very helpful, as I often would use it to keep an allotted amount of money in my checking account, and would only spend within my spendable balance. Could this be an implementation you guys work on? ### 3/5 — Deposit *2026-05-18, version 3.30.2* Instructions are not clear for commercial deposits.
