The transaction I made a week ago is now showing as one I made last week. I can’t even tell what things I’ve spent on because it’s all over the place and transactions are just overly scattered. I was on the phone with them for over an hour, and they still haven’t solved it. I still can’t log in to the website or the new app. The bank hasn’t called me back after they told me they would call me back to figure out this problem. It was dead. I’ve never caught up. I’m totally stressed. Nobody ever paid for my overdraft fees, and I had a lot of of them. Now forward a few months I can’t even get into my app. I have an iOS iPhone all of a sudden I can’t even get into my app. This is ridiculous. The online banking is garbage and they now charge ATM fees whereas the original GBB didn’t. After being with Guaranty bond bank for the past 15+ years, I am extremely disappointed in what they have reduced to and I’m in the process of looking into changing institutions. ### 1/5 — Bad App *2026-06-18, version 3.30.2* I have been banking with them since I was in high school 2001 and I can’t log into the app. Always an error when I go to log into. This is the worse. For example, I have $2000 in my account, but only want to spend $1k, that was what my available balance would show. This was very helpful, as I often would use it to keep an allotted amount of money in my checking account, and would only spend within my spendable balance.
