Will not let me connect my phone. Paid extra for the cam to get the Wi-Fi function but now can’t use it. Please fix the app. ### 1/5 — Guard camera *2021-11-27* App does not work. There’s no option to see the videos in the app so it’s always a guessing game ### 1/5 — Albums *2026-05-15* Created 1000s of empty albums on my photo app and will only connect properly if bluetooth and data is turned off. It won’t even download the 5min videos it records so I have to screen record. ### 1/5 — Takes up too much space *2024-12-06* The app works and I can download vids right to my phone, but the app keeps so much data on my phone that it’s the most used storage item on my phone and you can’t clear the apps cache or anything because it doesn’t work! Only way to clear it would be to uninstall it. But it won’t allow me to download videos without being set to “full access.” Also, when I download videos, if I download just one, it downloads a never ending amount of just that one video. Can’t play anything in your phone ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — It’s REALLY not that bad *2022-03-24* I recently got the Toguard CE66A dual (front, rear and cabin) dashcam and while it took a long time to set up and tweak the settings, this overall was a great camera for its price. My ONLY 3 complaints are that with the app, clips take a REALLY LONG time to download and since this cam has a short power supply when the car is turned off (non hard-wired) you’ll have to sit in the car like 5 minutes to wait for it to download. My last complaint is that the G-sensors are terrible and pick up every little shake and think it’s an accident (yes I’ve tried all the settings) and it fills storage very fast. Other than that, this camera is great. Downloading with the wifi is very easy to do, it records in great quality and you can even auto-save recordings! Great app, great camera. Recommend for sure. ### 3/5 — 4K DashCam with 3 cameras *2022-07-04* Sadly this app does not work with a iPhone 7 Plus smartphone, for reason I can’t explain. App does not recognize the IOS program nor does it recognize my hotspot in order to use the cloud or wifi. You guys need to fix this, otherwise will go back to the original purchaser and place the App under the Bus. ### 2/5 — Endless albums *2023-09-28* This app connects to the camera great, but it will create literally thousands of empty albums in the Photos app every time you open the app. I deleted it after setting up the camera and have spent hours literally deleting all the albums it created. ### 2/5 — Will not connect *2023-07-31* App is bogus, will not sync. Pretty upset, because there’s no one that you can contact to override or synchronize your phone.
