It’s super convenient and I’ve made changes in my vendors that were making my budget bleed with lousy security. GuardOwl changed that. If you don’t know, you can see anything and everything your guards on site do. I'm an Operations Manager at a security company, and most of my time was spent chasing guards around, trying to confirm if they were on site, reminding them to finish their reports, and constantly answering calls about missed check-ins or no-shows. It felt like I was doing everything just to keep the day from falling apart. Since we started using Guard Owl in a few weeks back everything changed. I can actually see what's going on in real time. I know which guards are on site, who missed a check-in, and I get alerts before things become problems. Reports get done automatically, and I don’t have to chase anyone to submit them. The system just keeps everyone accountable without me having to be on the phone all day.
