Recently my family moved into a home previously owned by a sex offender. The sex offender is now homeless. Now the app refuses to remove our address off the site and are misinforming the public that he resides there still. We bought the house August 2025 but the app says he lives that as early as May 2026. This is so untrue. We have visited the Sheriffs office and they updated the info in the data base. Instead of helping, Guardely are repeatedly sending me the same form to gather info. One question on the form asked me if I was no longer a sex offender. If I’m telling you multiple times that I am the new owner, why are you not looking at the links on the web where you gathered your information the first time, to see that the offender is homeless? Looking at the developer response on other posts it is most likely ran by unprofessional people who do not care about accurate journalism or information. I will go to the News to report about this. And escalate this matter..
