## What is Guardian Angel?

Guardian Angel is a kind, private sobriety counter and quit tracker for any habit: alcohol, smoking, vaping, gambling, social media, gaming, or something only you know about.

One day at a time. A daily check-in takes a few seconds: was today a good day or a difficult one? Guardian Angel turns those honest answers into a clear picture of your progress, and never shames you for the hard days.

TRACK WHAT MATTERS
• Count your clean days since you started
• Track several habits at once, each with its own daily answer
• Start today, or backdate to the day you really started
• See every day on a calendar and update earlier days at any time

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Current and longest streak, plus every streak you've had
• Insights after 7 check-ins: good-day ratio, month-by-month trend and a monthly recap
• Find your hardest and easiest weekdays, so you can plan for them
• "On this day" shows how the same date went in earlier months
• Money saved: set what each habit cost you per day and watch your good days add up

CELEBRATE MILESTONES
• 3D badges at 1, 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 and 180 days, and at 1, 2 and 3 years
• Badge history shows every time you earned one, even after a fresh start

HELP WHEN IT'S HARD
• Craving SOS: a breathing guide, a 10-minute wait-it-out timer and a HALT check
• Health timelines: what usually improves after you stop drinking or smoking
• Recovery tips on cravings, triggers, sleep, exercise and setbacks
• A new quote every day
• An optional daily reminder to check in

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account and no sign-up
• Your journal is stored only on your phone
• Export a backup file whenever you like and restore it later
