The only issue I had was with a transaction that couldn't be resolved through Guardian, even though they had the same information as another institution. I ended up working with the other company, and they were able to return my money to my account within minutes. That experience was disappointing and caused me to stop banking with Guardian for a couple of months. However, because of the excellent service I've received over the years, I decided to come back. Everyone has always been professional, friendly, and helpful, and I still trust Guardian with my banking.
